Shari Anderson is a Hall of Fame collegiate athlete, entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, and licensed Master Cosmetologist dedicated to helping current and aspiring beauty professionals. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Carson-Newman University, a Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix, and completed her Master Cosmetology training at Southern Crescent Technical College.

Having experienced traditional on-campus education, online learning, and technical college training, Shari brings a unique perspective to workforce development and career advancement.

As the Founder and President of The Stylist Startup Fund Inc and owner of The Healthy Hair Experience® Silk Press Studio, she combines business expertise, industry experience, and a passion for service to help aspiring beauty professionals access funding, mentorship, education, and career development opportunities.
